These Terms explain the rules for using ExamCertPro, referred to here as ECP, and its learning services.
Using ECP
Use ECP lawfully and for your own exam preparation. These Terms apply to the website, practice questions, explanations, mock exams, and Community features. Paid access is also subject to our Conditions; our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled.
Your account
Provide accurate account information and keep your email address accessible. Protect your password and do not share, sell, or transfer your account or paid access. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
Some features require email verification and an eligible access plan. Access applies to the certifications and period included in your plan.
Practice material and permitted use
ECP provides a personal, non-transferable right to use the material made available with your access. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of questions, explanations, software, branding, or other protected material.
Do not reproduce or redistribute question banks, resell access, publish paid answers, scrape or systematically extract content, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or attempt to access another person’s account. Uses permitted by applicable law remain permitted.
Community participation
Keep discussions respectful and relevant to learning. Do not post harassment, spam, confidential information, another person’s personal details, or material you do not have permission to share. Do not post leaked exam questions or violate an exam provider’s confidentiality rules.
You retain ownership of your contributions and give ECP permission to display and manage them as part of the Community service. Your username and contributions may be visible to other members with access to the discussion. We may moderate or remove content and restrict accounts that misuse the service.
Independent preparation
ECP is an independent exam-preparation platform. Certification names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; their use identifies the exams being studied and does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
Practice questions are learning material, not official exam questions. Mock scores are practice results, not certification results. We do not guarantee that you will pass an exam or achieve a particular career outcome. Check the relevant provider’s official requirements and current exam objectives.
Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep ECP useful and accurate, but material may contain errors and exam requirements can change. Report issues so we can review them. Maintenance, updates, and technical problems may interrupt access. Features and content may evolve; this does not remove your mandatory rights concerning paid services.
Account restrictions and changes
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, or legal obligations. Contact us if you believe a restriction is incorrect. Any payment or refund question will be considered under the Conditions and applicable law.
We may update these Terms and show the effective date on this page. Material changes affecting existing paid access will be communicated where required. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
