These Conditions explain purchases and paid access to ECP, including how to request a refund.
Free preview and paid plans
Each available certification offers 15 preview questions without an account and two more after email verification. In the unfiltered preview, these are presented across two practice pages. Full question banks, Community discussions, and listed mock exams require eligible access.
Starter includes one certification for one month; Pro includes four certifications for four months; Builder includes all available certifications and additions during the paid year. Review the current pricing page and your checkout summary for the selected certifications, price, currency, duration, and included features before paying.
Payment and access
Stripe processes payments. Paid access begins when payment is confirmed. Complete account registration and email verification to use your access; use the purchase email so the purchase can be linked to the correct account.
Where checkout is marked as a test or sandbox payment, no real charge is made. A test transaction is not a purchase requiring a monetary refund. Access is personal and subject to the Terms.
Optional renewal and cancellation
Automatic renewal is optional and off by default at checkout. If you select it, review the displayed renewal amount and interval. You can turn it off in your account before the next renewal. Turning renewal off prevents future automatic renewal; it does not itself request a refund or immediately end the remaining access period.
When access expires, saved progress remains in your account. You can use the free preview and purchase an eligible plan to regain paid access.
Upgrades and the Pro extension
Available upgrades include Starter to Pro or Builder, and Pro to Builder. Eligible unused paid access may be credited toward the upgrade; the checkout summary shows the final credit and amount due. Your Starter certification remains selected when upgrading to Pro. Complimentary extension days do not create upgrade credit.
During the final 14 days of a qualifying paid Pro period, you can turn off automatic renewal and claim one 30-day extension from your account before paid access expires. The extension covers the same certifications. Refunded, disputed, revoked, or complimentary periods are ineligible. If renewal is re-enabled, its next charge is scheduled after the extended expiry.
Seven-day refund policy
You may request a refund by emailing hi@examcertpro.com within seven days of purchase, provided you have consulted no more than three distinct practice pages, including free preview pages.
- Free preview pages you actually consult count toward the three-page limit.
- Consulting exactly three distinct practice pages remains within the limit. Consulting a fourth distinct practice page makes the purchase ineligible for a refund under this policy.
- Reopening or refreshing the same practice page does not count as another distinct page.
- The limit concerns practice-question pages, not pages such as Pricing, your account, or these policies.
Include your purchase email, purchase date, and order reference if available. Refund requests are reviewed manually; emailing a request does not automatically issue a refund. Do not send your password or card details.
Mandatory rights remain unaffected. This voluntary refund policy does not restrict statutory withdrawal rights, rights relating to defective or non-conforming services, or any other refund or remedy required by applicable law.
Payment issues and changes
Failed or disputed payments can affect access. A refunded payment can end the access it funded. Contact us if your payment or access appears incorrect.
These Conditions apply from the effective date above. Changes will not retrospectively remove mandatory rights or agreed rights associated with an existing purchase. Material changes will be communicated where required.
